Deadrick Thaxton

Deadrick Thaxton is an experienced legal counsel and human resources executive with over a decade of leadership across employment law, compliance, and business operations. Deadrick currently serves as Legal Counsel at Asurion, where he has advised on risk management, employment disputes, and litigation strategy across multiple jurisdictions.

He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law and holds a Rule 31 Civil Mediation Certificate from Lipscomb University. Deadrick is a member of the Napier Looby Bar Association, Nashville Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association and the American Bar Association and has served in leadership programs such as the Nashville Bar Foundation Leadership Forum and Tennessee Bar Association Leadership Law. He currently serves as President Elect of the Napier Looby Bar Association and is a member of the Napier Looby Bar Foundation Board of Directors.
